Balazs Szucs is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience in architectural design and urban development. Currently a Senior Architect at BAROart in Nice, France, Balazs specializes in innovative urban planning and sustainable development strategies. His career includes significant roles such as City Planning Director for the 9th District Municipality of Budapest, where he coordinated major real estate projects bridging investors and government sectors for over 9 years.
His international experience spans projects in Morocco as a Senior Architect and Project Director at JLA Studio, and in Abu Dhabi with SUSCA. Balazs also served as Managing Director at monARCHI Studio, where he led architectural projects for over seven years, and contributed to urban development as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors at SEM IX.
